Meditation is not visualizing your chakras, it’s not intentionally raising your vibration, it’s not imagining a bright light, but all these things may be happening as a side effect of your meditation.
Meditation is not adding more to your experience. Meditation is sitting in the raw Is-ness of your body as your true conscious Self. Stable, upright from head to butt, grounded.
You have to do nothing more, just less, give up the idea “to have such a great meditation” or be “so high vibe once you’ve done this”, you just sit with the utmost respect for yourself and all of it. Right Here. Now. The whole universe exists in this moment.
You stay attentive to your body, you perceive the gentle in-breath, the out-breath, the pause… You just stay with that. No change necessary. The awareness of your breath calms down the mind naturally. With a calm mind, you can invert and look for the source of your attention.
